What we collect
- Form details: name or company, email, WhatsApp or WeChat number, country, model interest, quantity and your message.
- Messages you send on WhatsApp or by email.
- If you accept analytics: pages viewed, device type, approximate location and buttons clicked.
Why we use it
- To answer your request, prepare quotes and carry out orders.
- To follow up on a request you started.
- To learn which pages help buyers (analytics, only with consent).
Who we share it with
Requests reach our sales team through internal business tools. We share data with logistics, inspection or customs partners only when an order needs it. We never sell personal data. Google Analytics processes usage data only if you accept analytics.

One preference setting remembers your cookie choice. Analytics cookies are set only after you click “Accept”. Clear this site’s data in your browser to change your choice.
Retention and your rights
We keep inquiry and order data while needed to serve you and meet legal duties, then delete or anonymise it. Email contact@evtou.com to access, correct or delete your data, or to stop contact.

We are based in China and work with buyers worldwide, so your data may be processed in China and in our partners’ countries.
